Smokin' Dragon Honey Roasted Serrano

This unique sauce starts out sweet from the honey and as the heat kicks in the flavors of the garlic and rum add complexity and the basil and lime give to a bright citrus finish. A medium hot sauce that works well with eggs or fish dishes.
