Made from char-grilled green onions, fiery Scotch Bonnet peppers, fresh ginger, and Jamaican Spices, this marinade is perfect for adding an incredible seasoning for any meat, poultry, fish, tofu and veggies alike. Be warned this marinade is HOT!
